1、 Preparations to be done before processing every day: check the cooling water of the spindle; Start the low-speed idle spindle for 5 minutes; If the CNC engraving machine does not operate for a long time, it should be run in at full stroke first; The new spindle motor needs to run in.

2、 In the process of processing, attention should be paid to the protection of various equipment of the precision carving machine.

1. Protect the tool setting instrument from excessive oil erosion.

2. Pay attention to the control of flying debris. Flying debris does great harm to the precision carving machine. Flying into the electric control cabinet will lead to short circuit, and flying into the guide rail will reduce the service life of the lead screw and guide rail. Therefore, during processing, the main parts of the machine tool should be sealed.

3. When moving the lamp, do not pull the lamp cap, which is easy to damage the lamp cap.

4. During the machining process, do not observe near the cutting area to avoid flying debris hurting your eyes. When the spindle motor is rotating, it is forbidden to carry out any operation on the worktable.

5. When opening and closing the machine door, do not open and close it violently. During finishing, the impact vibration during opening the door will lead to knife marks on the machined surface.

6. CNC engraving machine shall rotate the spindle and then start processing. Otherwise, due to the slow starting of the spindle, it will start processing without reaching the desired speed, which will suffocate the motor.

7. It is forbidden to place any tools or workpieces on the beam of the precision engraving machine.

8. It is strictly prohibited to place magnetic tools such as magnetic suction cup and dial indicator seat on the electric control cabinet, otherwise the display will be damaged.
