01: point to point displacement function. CNC spark machine can realize point-to-point displacement of each axis. Just select the axis and input the value, and the positioning is accurate. Thanks to the high-resolution optical ruler and full closed-loop control.

02: automatic rubbing function, CNC spark machine can realize x, y and z-axis automatic profiling, single axis or three-axis automatic profiling. After selecting the direction of the shaft to be modeled, press the OK key, and the shaft to be modeled will move towards the direction of modeling. It will touch the mold three times, and the modeling speed will slow down in turn. When the third profiling is completed, it will automatically exit 2mm and return to zero.

03: automatic centering function: CNC spark machine can realize the function of automatic workpiece centering. 05: multi group coordinate point function, CNC spark machine has 50 coordinate points in total. For some workpieces that are inconvenient to be arranged neatly, the multi coordinate point function can be fully utilized. Even if the workpiece is placed casually, as long as it is recorded with different coordinate points, it can easily realize continuous automatic machining.

06: CNC spark machine has a variety of shaking functions, which can realize 2D and 3D shaking machining.

07: automatic adjustment function of machining parameters. CNC spark machine has automatic adjustment function of machining parameters. When discharge instability is detected, it can automatically send instructions to adjust the voltage in machining parameters to stabilize machining. When machining is stable, it will automatically return to the original parameters.

08: G code editing function of CNC spark machine, international general CNC instruction, standard G code and ISO code, which is convenient for programming and different from simple spark machine.
